By accessing or using Dexa, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Dexa is an AI-powered UX review platform that analyzes user interface screenshots and provides usability feedback. The service includes a web application, AI analysis features, and supporting resources.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to use Dexa to upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You agree not to upload screenshots containing personal information of others without their consent.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Dexa's AI systems.
You retain ownership of any content you upload to Dexa. By uploading content, you grant Dexa a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your designs.
Free accounts are limited to 3 AI UX reviews per 24-hour period. We reserve the right to modify these limits. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated analysis and recommend using Dexa as one input among several for design decisions.
Dexa's software, design, and analysis methodology are proprietary. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service without explicit written permission.
Dexa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI analysis will be accurate in all cases. UX recommendations are suggestions, not professional design advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dexa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or prominent notice in the application. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
