When you use Dexa, we collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, and any UI screenshots you upload for analysis.
We also collect usage information such as log data, device information, and cookies to improve our service and ensure security.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services. Screenshots you upload are processed to generate UX analysis reports and are not stored after analysis is complete.
We do not use your uploaded screenshots to train AI models. Your design data is yours.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share anonymized, aggregate data for research purposes. We share data with service providers who assist in our operations, subject to confidentiality obligations.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections.
We retain account information for as long as your account is active. Screenshots are processed and deleted immediately after analysis. Review reports and metadata are retained for 90 days unless you request earlier deletion.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us. We will fulfill such requests within 30 days.
